- Commercial Pine Straw, LLC provides residential and commercial mulching and related landscaping services, including but not limited to mulch delivery, installation, and site cleanup, as agreed upon at the time of scheduling.
- All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and site accessibility.
- Estimates are based on information provided by the customer and/or a site visit.
- Pricing may change if actual conditions differ materially from what was originally described (e.g., unexpected obstacles, additional material required, access limitations).
- Any changes affecting price will be communicated prior to proceeding when reasonably possible.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring clear and reasonable access to the service area on the scheduled date.
- Delays caused by blocked access, parked vehicles, pets, or undisclosed site conditions may result in rescheduling or additional charges.
- Service dates and times are approximate and may shift due to weather, equipment issues, or job duration variability.
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible.
- Same-day cancellations or cancellations after materials have been purchased or delivered may be subject to a fee.
- Weather-related rescheduling will not incur a penalty.
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

- We are not responsible for pre-existing property conditions such as weakened edging, rotten landscaping timbers, or settling soil.
- Mulch is a natural product and may vary in color, texture, and composition.
- Some settling, fading, or movement may occur over time due to weather and normal environmental conditions.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Commercial Pine Straw, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services provided, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
- Unless requested otherwise, Commercial Pine Straw, LLC may occasionally take before-and-after photos of completed work for internal records or promotional use.
- No personally identifying information will be shared.
